The information below supplements the terms of sale, which prevail in case of discrepancy. Orders are made and shipped by our logistics partner Printful.
Delivery area
We deliver in France only.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat fee: €4.90. It is shown in the cart and before payment; no extra fee is added.
Estimated delivery times
- Production and preparation: 2–5 business days
- Delivery: 1–8 business days
- Estimated total: 3–13 business days
These times are non-binding estimates: they may vary depending on the period (busy times, public holidays) and the carrier. If no time limit has been agreed, delivery takes place at the latest thirty days after the order, as set out in the terms of sale.
Parcel tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships, where the carrier provides one. Keep your order number (format SWF-XXXXXXXX) for any question.
Damaged, incomplete or missing parcel
Check your parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, opened or incomplete, state precise reservations to the carrier (or as soon as possible) and email us at swf.serviceclient@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. If your parcel has not arrived once the estimated time has elapsed, please also contact us.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to withdraw, without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal applies to all our products.
- Withdraw online: Withdraw (“Withdraw here”, then “Confirm withdrawal”), in two clicks, without a customer account. An acknowledgement is emailed to you with the date and time of your request.
- You can also withdraw by email to swf.serviceclient@gmail.com or with the model form in the appendix to the terms of sale.
- Returning the parcel: the return address is sent to you by email after your request. The parcel must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal. Return costs are at your charge, except for defective or non-conforming products.
- Refund: within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal, using the same payment method, initial standard delivery costs included. It may be postponed until the items are received or until proof of dispatch is provided.
You may try the product on to check its size; diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund. Details: right of withdrawal.
Printing or manufacturing defect
Email us at swf.serviceclient@gmail.com, quoting your order number and attaching a photograph of the defect. Your rights under the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects are set out in the terms of sale.
